LEGO Star Wars III: The Clone Wars – Review
The latest collaboration of LEGO and Star Wars sees the release of LEGO Star Wars III: The Clone Wars as embraces the new generations of Star Wars Fans. LEGO Star Wars III: The Clone Wars is based on the successful animated TV series which will appeal to the younger and hardcore Star Wars fans, but older fans may have to unlock their favourite characters later in the game.
The graphics as promised are something special with superb lighting effects which really add to the atmosphere. From the very start there’s lots to do and fight allowing plenty of opportunities try out your jedi powers allowing you to collect your essential LEGO studs and points. The mix of combat and strategy allows you control troops and capture bases as well as fight with a blaster or lightsabre. You can also spend the cash you are on upgrades for better weapons.
Some of the levels in LEGO Star Wars III: The Clone Wars can be complex but game plays to its real strength in multi-player mode fighting with lightsabres with space battles being something to see. If you’ve enjoyed the LEGO Star Wars games then this is definitely worth adding to your collecting and offers a lot to players of all ages.
